I'm moving to this place called "New Finland"

Or that's how it sounds, anyway. New Finland. Land of the New Fins.

Newfoundland is very north and very, very east. The coordinates? 48° 58' N, 57° 57' W. That's actually south of Vancouver, BC, but east of middle of nowhere. Scarily close (map-wise) to Greenland.
